How much does this experience cost?



You get one free photo with your experience that will be chosen afterwards. There are several products you can pre-order before your session which are not available after your session. You may only order images and full galleries once your session has finished.

Choosing Images

This is a virtual experience. You will receive a gallery of images in your inbox so make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see anything a couple days after your session. Add and to your VIP list.


Once you choose your favorites you have the option of buying more images or the full gallery. One free image comes with your session. All photos are offered as digital downloads with high-resolution jpegs to keep for years to come. You will have all printing rights. Once the images have been purchased, edited, and shared with you via the online gallery, the images are then yours to download, keep, share, print, enjoy! You will have 1 month to download your gallery before it expires. You may request special editing for an additional $10 fee per image. 


All additional products you pre-ordered will be processed immediately and sent to you directly in the mail. We offer pre-ordered custom Christmas Cards, framed prints for your wall and photo albums along with digital images. Shipping times vary and may be longer than expected due to the holiday season.

If you forget to choose we will choose our favorite photo for you. Your will not be able to make any purchases after December 24th and our business will be closed for the season.

Newborns, Children, Adults, Pets

It is completely up to the comfort level of the family whether you would prefer Santa to hold/carry your child. We ask that parents/guardians of newborns (or babies who are unable to sit) please be prepared to join in the photographs by holding/carrying your child *if* it is not your preference for Santa to hold your child. 


Don't have any children? Not a problem. Many adults and couples love to stop by and get photos with Santa. We love how creative some of you get! It's super fun!


Have fur babies? Great! Let us know ahead of time so we can prepare a pet friendly environment for you. 

Accessibility and Special Needs

We welcome children with special needs! Please let us know, ahead of time, of any specific requirments your child might have so we can ensure a magical experience for all! Currently we are only offering 15 minutes sessions for any guest with mobility needs. Please email us at or text (510) 463-1426 and we will be happy to hear from you.


We are located at 1311 61st street in Emeryville. Once you arrive find a place to park on the street near the park. This is a very safe neighborhood but always make sure to take everything with you and lock your car.

What should I wear?

We encourage you to dress up and get creative. Some of our favorite photos is of the whole family in matching pajamas! We do not allow outfit changes due to the limited time you have on set.


General Sickness

If your child or someone in your household is experiencing any of the following symptoms within 24 hours of your visit, we ask that you keep your child at home so as to not expose Santas, our staff, and/or other children. Symptoms include but are not limited to: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, lice, eye infection, and/or concussion.


In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment due to general sickness or any other reason please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. Please email us at or text (510) 463-1426 immediately so we have plenty of time to reschedule your family.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment we require at least a 72 hour notice. We will first try to reschedule you for a later date and if that is not an option then we can put your payment towards a future family portrait session in the spring or fall. We do not offer refunds at this time. 


If you do not provide notice within the time requested above then you forfeit any rescheduling efforts and will pay in full.
