What to Expect During Your Shoot
Make sure you come early so you don't miss out on your private experience. Arrive to our Emeryville location, find street parking and patiently wait at the park across the street until your dedicated time slot. At your scheduled time knock Ono the door and you will be greeted by one of Santa's helpers who will take you into Santas workshop.
You are dedicated 15 minutes for your entire family with Santa. This is where the magic happens.
When you arrive our cast of characters will take you on a journey. We will get family portraits before Santa makes his appearance. Then you will get to interact with Santa from a safe distance and ask him all the questions you have always wanted to ask. He will check his list to make sure you are on it and write down your gift desires in his big book of magic.
How much does this expeince cost?
Your photoshoot experience is $300 to reserve your spot.
After your shoot you will get to purchase your photos! Choose from 3 different photo packages which offer a variety of images and keepsakes. The Always Package, Forever Package and the Lifetime Package. Or order from our al la carte menu! Find our prices on the Book Now page or click HERE!

Digital Images is fully edited and a high resolution image, max of 3000 x 1730 pixels and 72dpi
You will be able to pick your images based on the package you order and add any additional images, prints and products. They will then be edited and sent back to you in about 2 weeks time.
All additional prints and products you order will be processed immediately. We offer custom Christmas Cards, framed prints for your wall and photo albums along with digital images.
Newborns, Children, Adults, Pets
Unfortunately Santa will not be able to hold any infants or children this year. We will need to practice social distancing to keep everyone safe. So please be prepared to join in the images with your children to hold them and experience the photoshoot as a family.
Don't have any children? Not a problem. Many adults and couples love to stop by and get photos with Santa. We love how creative some of you get! It's super fun!
Have fur babies? Great! Let us know ahead of time so we can prepare a pet friendly environment for you.
Accessibility and Special Needs
If there is a member of your party that needs accessibility please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the most positive experience possible for you and your family.
We are located at 1311 61st street in Emeryville. Once you arrive find a place to park on the street near the park. This is a very safe neighborhood but always make sure to take everything with you and lock your car.
What should I wear?
We encourage you to dress up and get creative. Some of our favorite photos is of the whole family in matching pajamas! We do not allow outfit changes due to the limited time you have on set.
If someone in your household has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or is showing signs or symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you stay at home so as not to expose Santa, our staff, and/or other children. Signs and symptoms include but are not limited to: fever of 100.4 or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle, and body aches.
If you need to reschedule your appointment due to sickness we can arrange that but we do require that you follow CDC guidelines in order to reschedule.
In the event that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment due to general sickness, COVID-19 signs and symptoms or any other reason please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you are exposed to COVID-19 or test positive you can reschedule if you follow CDC guidelines and quarantine for 14 days since exposure with no symptoms and no fever without fever reducing medication.
If you are unable to make your appointment we require at least a 72 hour notice. We will first try to reschedule you for a later date and if that is not an option then we can put your payment towards a future family portrait session in the spring or fall. We do not offer refunds at this time.
If you do not provide notice within the time requested above then you forfeit any rescheduling efforts and will pay in full.
