Your experience begins as you arrive at the door of Christmasville in Emeryville.

You will be greeted by Santa's helpers who will give you all the safety rules for your visit.  

Then you enter into Santa's worksop littered with toys in the making. 

Santa will welcome you into the North Pole from a safe distance, read a short story and have a chat.

Grab some family portraits next to the christmas tree and then sit down in Santa's living room while he checks his list twice and writes down what you want for Christmas.
