Acts of Kindness Program
Christmas has always been an exciting holiday for children where they get to receive and give gifts. It's a holiday where family and friends get together to share love and gratitude and show appreciation for each other. This year may look a little different. Families may not gather and there are some who just can't afford presents due to current economic hardships. That is where we can help. Christmasville in Emeryville is excited to offer our Act of Kindness low income discounted photoshoot sessions for families in need of a little extra cheer. Here at Christmasville we are always looking for ways to give back to our community.

How do I apply?

Fill out our application below. In just a few short questions you will be entered in to our program. All applicants must be residents of California and have low to moderate income. This is a merit based application so you will not need to prove your income, we will trust your are telling the truth and are unable to afford the full price of a photoshoot with Santa at this time. Although we will request that you tell us why this photoshoot experience would be important to you and your family. Your story will be shared if you are chosen but your identity can remain anonymous if you choose to stay private.

How do you choose who gets a Discounted shoot?

Grantees will be chosen by chance with a random name picker app. All of the first names + last initial will be added to the app and the computer will choose a name for us. This process will be captured by screen record as proof.

What happens if I am chosen?

You will be contacted to schedule your privates session with Santa. Our low income tickets are priced at $75 and include 5 professionally edited images. If you would like to have any of your images printed or framed you have the option to order those after your shoot as well for an additional fee.
